Upon closer inspection of the vehicle and surrounding area, the deputy located Lance A. Koch in the front yard of the house where the vehicle was parked.

Lance currently has his driving status revoked for six restraint violations. An inventory of the vehicle produced just over 3 pounds of suspected marijuana, which far exceeds legal personal use amounts for an adult in Colorado.
