Three Arrested Friday For September Stabbing Incident

Mesa County, Colo. -- On Friday, October 25, 2013, the Sheriff's Office Street Crimes Unit arrested three men on warrants connected to a stabbing incident that occurred on September 14, 2013, at 525 30 Road, Grand Junction. The three were charged with burglary, assault and criminal trespass, in an event that left one 17-year-old male victim with a stab wound in his upper body.

The three suspects arrested:
- Jesus Alcantar, 21, of Grand Junction
- Christopher Salazar, 19, of Clifton
- Marc Martinez, 21, of Clifton
All three suspects have prior criminal history, with Jesus and Marc having been convicted of crimes in Texas. All three suspects were released on personal recognizance bonds after seeing a judge over the weekend.
