House Ransacked, Items Stolen In Mid-February

Firearms And Rare Coins Stolen From House

Mesa County, Colo. -- On February 17, 2014, a patrol deputy took a report of items stolen from a home in the 100 block of Mesa Grande Drive, on the Redlands, in Grand Junction. Eight firearms and multiple rare coins were among items missing from the residence, which was also ransacked and vandalised.

Among the stolen items were a 50 caliber muzzle loader and two Smith & Wesson .38 caliber handguns. If anyone has been approached to buy firearms matching these three guns or in addition to, and/or rare coins in a suspicious manner or they suspect are stolen, please call Investigator Craig Tyer directly, at (970) 244-3919.
