Around 3:00 the morning of July 30th, residents reported hearing gunshots in the area of Unaweep and 28 1/2 Road. Deputies found a home on Dartmouth Lane with bullet holes. No injuries were reported.
Deputies arrested a juvenile for the following charges:
- 3 counts of Felony Menacing (Class 5 Felony)
- 4 counts of Illegal Discharge of a Firearm (Class 5 Felony)
- 3 counts of Reckless Endangerment (Class 3 Misdemeanor)
- 1 count of Criminal Mischief (Class 2 Misdemeanor)
- 1 count of Possession of a Handgun by a Juvenile
The case remains under investigation.
