A Felony Summons was issued today for 58-year-old Kent Clinkingbeard of Whitewater for one count of Assault in the Third Degree of an At-risk Person (Class 6 Felony), Child Abuse, Second Degree Criminal Tampering, and Harassment.
These charges stem from an incident that occurred at Redlands Middle School on or about January 25, 2017.
The Felony Summons orders Clinkingbeard to appear before the court in April.
