MESA COUNTY, Colo - Mesa County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Olando Eloy Ortiz, 35, Wednesday
night after a warrant was issued for his
arrest.
Ortiz is being charged with multiple sex crimes involving an
at-risk adult.
Those charges are four counts of Sexual Assault on an At-risk
Adult (class 2 felony), three counts of Assault
in the Third Degree on an At-risk Adult (class 6 felony), and one count of
Unlawful Sexual Contact on an At-risk Adult (class 6 felony).
The alleged incidents occurred in Mesa County between
January and April 1st of this year.
Ortiz was booked into the Mesa County Detention Facility and
is being held on a No Bond Hold.
