The Mesa County Sheriff’s Office with the assistance of Colorado State Liquor Enforcement Officers were out patrolling the festival Friday and made 43 arrests related to alcohol consumption: 43 summons were issued.

Mesa County Sheriff Deputies also responded to several calls at the festival involving intoxicated subjects, a report of sexual assault, a golf cart crash (no injuries), and a fight.
Brian Goldade, 24, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct (M3) and Obstructing a Peace Officer (M2). Travis Goldade, 25, was arrested for Resisting Arrest (M2), Disorderly Conduct (M3) and Obstructing a Peace Officer (M2). Colton Bozeman, 22, was arrested for Unlawful Sexual Contact, Disorderly Conduct (M3), and Resisting Arrest (M2). Nicolas Walker, 24, was arrested for Violation of a Protection Order (M2), Fugitive Other Jurisdiction Warrant, and Open Container in a Motor Vehicle. Rachel Irwin, 20, was arrested for Violation of a Protection Order (M2) and Underage Drinking.
Deputies also responded to a report of a 30-year-old male with a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He is in serious condition at St. Mary’s Hospital. Click here for more information.
