Billy Shelby Aprehended
Mesa County, Colo. — Deputies arrested Shelby in Grand Junction just before midnight on December 2, 2015. He was booked into the Mesa County Jail on outstanding charges along with new charges of criminal impersonation, outstanding warrants, and contempt of court.

Mesa County, Colo. -- William "Billy" Shelby, 47, is homeless and likely in the Grand Junction area and he has a $250,000 warrant out for his arrest. Billy is wanted on felony crimes associated with burglary and a violent assault.He is described as a white male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, with brown hair and hazel eyes, weighing in about 180 pounds. It's likely he is riding a bike and may frequent the area of D and 29 Roads, Grand Junction.
