Busted With Meth

Separate Meth Arrests Overnight

Mesa County, Colo. -- The MCSO Street Crimes Unit located a vehicle making several traffic infractions while going eastbound on North Avenue, yesterday about 5 p.m. Ultimately, the vehicle was stopped by Street Crimes deputies in the 2800 block of North Avenue, where the only occupant of the car was identified as Shea Becker, 26, of Gunnison.

Shea was arrested and charged with various traffic infractions, in addition to the 2.1 grams of suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia he possessed. 

During a separate incident with patrol deputies during the 9 o'clock hour of yesterday morning, Eric Lynn was found sleeping in his car at a convenience store located on the corner of 29.5 and Patterson Roads. Deputies could see drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle and woke Eric up, as he was sleeping in the front seat. Deputies arrested Eric on methamphetamine, paraphernalia and various court and bail bond violation charges. He was booked into the Mesa County Detention Facility without incident.
