MESA COUNTY, Colo – At about 11:45 Sunday night, Mesa County Sheriff deputies responded to a report of a shooting outside of a residence on the 2900 block of Orchard Ave.
When deputies arrived they found a 37-year-old male with a gunshot wound to his leg. He was transported to the hospital with what is believed to be non-life threatening injuries.
The Mesa County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the circumstances around the shooting. At this time, investigators believe this was an isolated incident.
