#Update: Two more arrests made in the Kyle Free homicide investigation

MESA COUNTY, Colo – Mesa County Sheriff’s Investigators obtained two more arrest warrants today related to the Kyle Free homicide investigation.

John C. Eddy, 25, of Clifton is facing the following charges:

• Murder in the First Degree (Class 1 Felony) 
• Conspiracy to Commit Murder in the First Degree (Class 1 Felony) 

David S. Castro, 32, of Clifton is facing the following charges:

• Murder in the First Degree (Class 1 Felony) 
• Conspiracy to Commit Murder in the First Degree (Class 1 Felony)

Both Eddy and Castro are being housed in the Mesa County Detention Facility on a No Bond Hold.

All documents related to this case remain sealed by the court. This is still an ongoing active investigation.
