District Attorney Releases Decision On Randy Cook Homicide Investigation

Mesa County, Colo. -- Today, 21st Judicial District Attorney Pete Hautzinger released a 14 page letter outlining the homicide investigation into the death of Randy Cook, who was shot and killed on New Year's Day. The decision made by DA Hautzinger to not charge the shooter responsible for Randy Cook's death, was attributed to Colorado's Make My Day Law
