MESA COUNTY, Colo - The male arrested Tuesday in connection with Saturday's deadly shooting on N. View Drive will be arraigned in court today on murder charges.
John Stene, 27, is being charged with Murder in the Second Degree, (a Class 2 Felony).
The female passenger detained along with him is identified as 25-year-old Jornai Snodgrass. Snodgrass was arrested on charges of Accessory to a Crime, a Class 4 Felony, and Attempt to Influence a Public Servant, (a Class 4 Felony).
The investigation is still active and ongoing. More charges are expected.
