Mesa County, Colo. -- Joseph Casarce (pro-nounced KA-Sars), a 30-year-old, Hispanic male walked away from his group home residence of two years earlier today. He was last seen in the area of Broadway and Mesa Vista Roads, near Albertson's grocery store in the Redlands.

He has brown eyes and brown hair, and is approximately 5'10" tall. He was last seen wearing a black jacket with yellow writing on it and blue jeans. Joseph experiences seizures and takes anti-seizure medication, scheduled for a dose this evening at 8 p.m. His right hand is paralyzed and he has a distinctive walking motion.
