The Science of Marijuana: The Teen Files

Mesa County, Colo. -- The monthly Safe Teens America class is scheduled for Wednesday, September 24, 2014, at 6:30 p.m., at the Grand Junction City Hall Auditorium (250 N 5th St., Grand Junction).

This month's the class topic is The Science of Marijuana: The Teen Files. Deputy Chad Williams will be discussing the latest peer-reviewed research on the effects of marijuana use on teens. You may have heard about groundbreaking research in the news… find out the truth about what science actually knows. We have come a long way in just the past few years!

This class seeks to educate teens and parents on the dangers of drugs that are becoming increasingly more popular in schools, college campuses and night clubs. This month's class is limited to the first 150 participants due to limited seating. Please RSVP at www.safeteensamerica.org and list how many seats you need.
